Middle East eSIM

One travel eSIM for eight destinations

Combine a Dubai stopover with Muscat, explore Istanbul and Petra, or travel between Cairo and Marrakech with one AloOui Middle East eSIM. Choose fixed data or Unlimited Lite, Essential or Plus for maps, bookings, messaging and mobile internet across the eight listed destinations. Your QR code is delivered by email after purchase, with no ID required for the AloOui eSIM purchase.

Choose a plan for your itinerary

• Short stopover or lighter use: choose fixed data, such as 3GB or 5GB for 30 days, when you mainly need maps, rides and messages between Wi-Fi connections.
• Balanced two-week trip: Unlimited Essential for 15 days provides 1GB of high-speed data daily, then continued data at up to 1.25 Mbps for the rest of that day.
• Data-heavy travel: Unlimited Plus provides 2GB of high-speed data daily, then continued data at up to 2 Mbps. Choose it for more daily uploads, hotspot use or video calls, subject to local app availability.

Select the option above for its current price. Prices may change. Always check the product page for the latest prices before purchasing.

Compare the selectable plans

The standard Unlimited options in the selector are Lite. Daily high-speed allowances refresh each day; reduced speeds apply after that day's allowance is used. Unlimited does not mean unrestricted high-speed data. Fixed plans provide one total allowance and end when that allowance or validity runs out, whichever comes first, with no reduced-speed continuation. No Premium option is currently selectable.

Exactly where it works

United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Morocco, Oman and Turkey.

This is not blanket Middle East coverage, and Egypt and Morocco are the only African destinations. Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Tunisia, Kenya, Tanzania and South Africa are not included. Check every stop against the list before buying. Save maps and tickets offline for deserts, rural areas and places with limited signal.

Supported local networks

• UAE: du and Etisalat.
• Egypt: Orange and Etisalat.
• Israel: Hot Mobile, Pelephone and Partner.
• Jordan: Zain and Umniah.
• Kuwait: Zain, Ooredoo and Kuwait Telecom (stc).
• Morocco: Maroc Telecom, Orange and inwi.
• Oman: Omantel and Vodafone Oman.
• Turkey: Turkcell and Türk Telekom.

Partner networks are listed where available. Actual connection and speed depend on your device, supported partner, location and local conditions.

Hotspot and data-only service

Hotspot sharing is available where supported by your device and network. Shared usage counts toward the same total or daily high-speed allowance.

This eSIM does not include a phone number, native calls or SMS. Internet-based messaging and calling use mobile data, subject to local service availability. Access to every app or calling service is not guaranteed in every destination.

If you keep your home SIM for calls or SMS, check roaming charges with your carrier and turn off its data roaming.

Install before departure, activate when ready

Use an eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked device and stable Wi-Fi to install the QR code from your email. Choose Add eSIM in your phone's cellular or SIM settings; menus vary by device.

Validity starts when the eSIM first uses data on a supported network in a covered destination. Installation alone does not start validity. If you are already in a covered destination, enabling the line and connecting can start your plan.

When ready, enable AloOui, select it for mobile data and turn on data roaming for that line. Disable automatic mobile-data switching to your home SIM where available. Crossing a border does not reset the plan's validity.

Plan and eSIM validity: After purchase, your data plan remains available to start for 6 months. The plan's validity period starts once the first data is used. The eSIM stays valid for 6 months from when it is issued, your last top-up or your last usage, whichever is later. After that date it expires and a new eSIM is needed.

APN and connection help

1. Check that the AloOui line is enabled, selected for mobile data and has data roaming on.
2. If an APN is required, enter data.esim, leave username and password blank, and save/select it. Some devices configure this automatically.
3. Toggle airplane mode or restart your phone. Try 4G/LTE if 5G is unstable.
4. Start with automatic network selection. If needed, select a listed supported partner for your current destination, not any network that appears.
5. Check remaining data and validity. Do not delete the eSIM while troubleshooting; contact support first.

Staying for 60 or 90 days?

Compare the separate Middle East Long Trip eSIM, with 20GB/60-day and 50GB/90-day fixed options. Its seven destinations include UAE, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Morocco, Oman and Turkey, but not Kuwait. It is a separate purchase, not extra validity included with this plan.
