1. Confirm Coverage and Plan Status
Read the destination list for your selected order, not just the regional or Global name. Confirm remaining allowance and validity where available. A neighboring country may not be included, and usage information may not update immediately.
2. Check the Intended Data Line and Order Settings
Confirm the travel profile is enabled and selected for mobile data. Follow that order's roaming and APN instructions. Do not apply a universal APN such as data.esim to every AloOui plan unless your specific instructions require it.
On iPhone, relevant settings commonly appear under Cellular or Mobile Data. On Android, they vary between SIM Manager, SIMs and mobile-network settings. Labels depend on your device and software. Review your home line and automatic data switching separately; home-carrier charges still apply.
3. Allow the Phone to Register
If installation has completed, a brief airplane-mode toggle or restart may help refresh registration. Allow time for a supported network connection. This is not a guaranteed fix and should not interrupt an active profile download.
4. Check Supported Networks Before Manual Selection
Use manual selection only when the order or support identifies an appropriate supported network. Seeing a carrier or 5G label does not mean your plan can use it. Follow instructions about automatic selection afterward, rather than switching settings repeatedly.
Signal Bars but No Internet?
Check the intended data line, allowance and order-specific roaming/APN requirements. Signal registration alone does not establish working data. Record the exact symptom, location and settings already checked for support.
Slow Data or a Lower Network Type?
