Subscription Cancellation and eSIM Purchase Policy

This page explains cancellation of monthly recurring subscriptions and the separate process for one-time eSIM purchase and refund requests.

Cancellation and Renewal

You can cancel your monthly subscription before its next renewal. The current monthly billing period remains paid in full. Cancellation stops renewal for the next billing period, and access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Example

If you cancel partway through a paid month, that whole month remains paid. Your access continues until the paid month ends, and the subscription does not renew for the following month.

One-Time eSIM Purchases

An eSIM purchased as a one-time plan does not have a recurring subscription renewal to cancel. The monthly subscription cancellation arrangement above is separate from one-time eSIM refund requests.

Wrong-plan purchases or changes of mind: Any approved refund for these reasons is issued as store credit only, not to the original payment method. Requests must be submitted within the existing 30-day window and remain subject to the refund policy's review process and usage restrictions.

Technical issues and other eSIM refund requests are reviewed separately under the AloOui Return & Refund Policy. The store-credit-only rule above is specific to wrong-plan purchases and changes of mind.
